The onboarding fee isn't for software setup. It's for getting it right — and getting it right means we don't ask you to be the middleman, relaying numbers and answering questions you shouldn't have to answer about your own back office.

We fly out and spend time inside your practice. We walk the floor. We sit with your office manager, your biller, your front desk, and your CPA — whoever holds a piece of the picture. We see how patients flow, where the schedule leaks, how money moves from a visit to your account, and where the friction actually lives. By the time we leave, we understand your practice the way you do.

That's why the Hub we build is yours and not a template. Two private practices a mile apart can run completely differently — different payer mix, different staffing, different bottlenecks. A one-size-fits-all dashboard would be exactly the kind of thing we built this company to replace. The visit is how we earn the right to read your numbers and tell you what to do about them.
